Best website/realtor to look for land in LA/MS?

My brother and I are looking into buying a plot of land to put a cabin on between 30-50 acres.
What's the best website or realtor to use in aiding in our search? We've tried a few realtors, but they don't seem very motivated to look.

Where in LA?
There are some good sites like Lands of Louisiana, but if you have a general area a specific local realtor may be better.

Around the LA/MS line really.
Greensburg and such
Southeast Mississippi would be optimal given the land prices are generally a little cheaper
