They should get that but the shtt is touchy when making a process node smaller. Smaller pkg needs less power, cool. But the compact node has another compact node right next to heat so you end up producing the same amount of heat but with less surface area to disperse heat.

It is a super fine line we have been fighting but would be awesome to see Ryzen hit 4.5GHz out the box for stock. It needs to do that, now more than ever until games utilize more than 4 cores better.

Yes it would, or even 6/8 core+ Intel CPU's. They'll get there though, as we said earlier no one really upgrades CPU's on a regular or yearly basis so being patient is pretty easy on that front.
