I've said I love when the ball is in Gordon's hands at the end of the game ala Phoenix and Dallas.

I've also said sit Vasquez on the bench in crunch time if he can't get past his first option before he lets a desperation fly.

Duh, yeah, it all comes down to execution. But it's the coaches responsibility to put his players in the best positions to execute. And IMO, Monty hasn't done that for the most part.
