Dumbest thing you've done on a pier

Was a freshman in high school and my buddy had a long pier that went over his backyard and out to water. I was riding my bike on it with my tackle box in one hand. I looked to my left and looked back straight and before I knew it I was face first in the grass 
I have no idea how I didn't break anything but got a nice gash on my chin
Also jumped off one thinking it was deeper than I thought and damn near broke my ankle

Had to beat one of our goats with a stick that kept aggravating me and the stupid frick fell in the water. Of course I had to get in and get it because the dumb fat bastard couldn't swim. Thank god they died and she doesn't want anymore for pets anymore.

Had sexors with the girlfriend right at dusk. I though it was too dark for her family to see.
In the heat of the moment we didnt notice the solar powered sensor light thing which illuminated our sexy time for her mom and dad to see from the kitchen window.... Notfun

Literally resulted in the most uncomfortable conversation i have ever had.

Also. Junior year of college went to my buddies beach house DIRECTLY across from the Flora-Bama.
Got entirely too loaded and wanted to lay down. There was a little loft above the boats on the pier with a couple beds and AC. The stairs to get up were way too steep but I was gonna make it.
My brother was watching and I took two steps up and fell back on my feet. Took another 2 steps and fell back on my feet again. Took another try and got to the 10th of the 12 steps and fell backwards landing on my shoulder and head. 8-9 feet fall straight on a shoulder will get your baseball coach to ask you why you can't get it to home plate from left field without 4 hopping it

A zillion seagulls were roosting on a narrow breakwater at night...all in a nice straight line.
Fired an armor piercing 30-06 down the row. HUGE puff of feathers and fricked-up seagulls all over the place.

Was new at Kodiak Island. Went fishing at a pier at lunch time. Caught a beautiful halibut right there off the dock.
Tied the stringer to the pier so I could come back and get the fish after work and clean it.
I hadn't yet learned that the average tide cycle was 18 FEET!
Came back after work to find my stringer was dangling there...halibut all fricked up from birds pecking at it.
