The basketball contract with CBS stipulates 12 network appearances each season, with half the games being conference games. CBS will have the first selections among conference, nonconference and neutral site games.

Financial terms of the agreement were not announced, but previous reports have placed it at $2 million a year. The CBS contract comes on the heels of a new agreement with ESPN.

Which Big East?

There aren't enough UConn vs Memphis games to fill up those appearances.
