“I’ve got a message for my union: Stop the posturing and get the HGH testing done. It’s time to get it done. You know, I think it’s more prevalent in our league than you would think. There’s probably more than 10 percent of guys taking HGH. And we have to get it out,” Fletcher said, via Dan Steinberg of the Washington Post. “As a player who’s [been in the league] for 15 years and has done it the right way, I want a good, clean game. I want a level playing surface. I don’t want to have all this posturing and ‘Oh, well, can we trust the credibility of this guy, this test?’ and all that. Stop the madness and let’s get the test done.’

Players in football are using PEDs. It's happening.
When Ray Lewis comes back in 6 weeks from an injury that ends most seasons, it's fair to ask wtf. He had a torn tricep. Justin Smith, one of the best D-linemen in the game, had a partially torn tricep and went from all-pro to turnstyle when he stepped back out on the field. Yet Lewis was able play at a high level with no apparent ill effects of a much worse version of the same injury.
Considering the NFL currently DOES NOT TEST for HGH, EPO, anabolic steroids etc, and their testing procedure is so fricking lax that even when a guy gets caught his suspension ends up being revoked due to poor documentation (Richard Sherman), it's time to call BS and expect better from both the league and the union.

Lol at 10 percent
Most of the league is likely juicing, and guess what? Noone cares.

This is where you are wrong. He was fricking terrible when he came back. Ellerbe overshadowed Lewis so much, he got paid a ton of cash to go to Miami.
