Not new but I don't think anyone could tell the difference. My experience is that their outlet systems aren't distinguishable from new ones.

biggest problem with refurbs are your warranty is typically 90 days vs one to three years with new parts.
i buy and recommend cheap refurb laptops all the time, but not $1200 worth of gaming computer
