I read on ESPN, take it as you will, that we are a little under 2 mil under the CAp as of now - with the contracts listed above:

Not sure how he came up with that figure.
ETA: I think he's just counting the top 51 salaries and not adding in the $2.7 million in 2012 rollover.
See the bottom line numbers in the OP.
