your float is hanging open. Probably the needle sticking in the seat. I use the head of a match stick to buff out the seat area before putting carbs back together.

You wouldnt notice there is anything wrong at all until you looked under it and saw fuel dripping out the bottom.

THIS
that is the only thing it can be.. unless you put the needle back in backwards but the bottom of the the needle should be attached to the float so i doubt that you did that but its possible.
