I wouldn't. You can make an entire Iron Man suit, with lit up real looking reactor for like $100. With that said they could have done better that printing a bat symbol over a under armor shirt. Sorry not impressed.

Is it just me or does the Joker seem overdone? Maybe that's just in a post Ledger-Joker world.

There's definite potential, they just need to decide on if they want to go with the more realistic feel of the recent movies or the 60's tv show look. They seem to be trying to straddle the line and do both, but that gives more misses than hits.
At the very least they should get some better costumes.
