Yo-zuri 3d shrimp. Used one this weekend, only bait that caught fish. Used gulp throwing into the exact same area without a single bite. Looks awesome in the water. Only problen is they are $13/ piece.

Man, that's steep. I'm not throwing out 13$ on 12# test and I'm not going bigger. Nice looking bait though, I could see it catching.

That could catch anything which eats shrimp, which is just about everything. Were you popping it under a cork or dragging it around?

I love mine but I'm terrified of getting it hung up and having to cut the line.

Guys, just fish these 2 baits....

I like them in tandem chartreuse beetle on top purple/white tail cocahoe on the bottom. This rig will catch fish. I like an avacaho firetail on the bottom sometimes

Or just use live bait.

Many years ago I was told "Son, there are fish baits and fisherman baits. Fish baits catch fish, the others catch fisherman"

These baits I've shown you will catch fish consistantly. I'll buy the latest and greatest from time to time and I like fishing with dudleys and SWA's but these baits I've shown will work and work all the time.

I will stick to my H&H sparkle beetles, Deadly Dudley's, sand eels etc. I have never enjoyed the DOA type baits.

My guide buddy uses the gold one and catches on it.

I'd have to use braid since @ $13-15 a piece I don't want to break off too much...

I'd replace the hooks, the only Yo-Zuri baits I've thrown have had hooks that bent after several fish
