assuming you're 100% innocent, and let's say you're 50/50 to win at trial. if you win, you walk, if you lose, you do life. plea offer is plead to a felony, do sex offender registration, and you get out today

what if it's 75/25?

it would all depend on circumstance... like if I was facing something similar to Kobe's accuser, I'd like my chances... if it's the opposite situation, I feel pretty confident I'd take the plea deal.

This guy that works for us said that this was a publicity stunt and none of this was real and it was staged. I hate wanna be lawyers who went to law school like him
