This is something that has pissed me off for long time. I see people every day flicking their cigg butts out the window. I saw a low life just dump his trash out the window in a school zone. The number one reason is education and parenting.

Was amazed at the Sorrel landing last Sunday....trash everywhere
I would have NO problem with enforcement and fining the frick out of people who litter. It's just ridiculous.
Hell, someone tossed a mattress on Fla Blvd, just across the bridge from DS, last week.
