MLB to sue Biogenesis employees

Biogenesis is to blame for loss of goodwill and injury to it's reputation? GTFO. PEDs have been around long before Biogenesis and will be around after. If it's not them, it'll be another lab.
They've started the witch hunt and earned their own status as villain to some.

This is the only thing MLB hopes comes out of the suite. Everything else is just noise.

correct, this has nothing to do with wanting money, they want the info on the players. and forcing them into getting lawyers to defend this, will cost a lot. pure posturing by MLB
