Does anyone know if a seller was to do that, does gun broker seek action against that seller? Even though they only insure the buyer for up to $500

When I read the fine print it says their "insurance" doesn't cover a transaction after 60 days.... I interpreted that as third party coverage meaning transactional insurance?
