my kids are 15, 10 and 1. yes i miss some of the things they do ie- my oldest runs track, jr plays baseball, the 1 year old just shits on herslef. i kid
what i really hate is working christmas. i will go 2 or 3 years of working and then have 2 or 3 off.

Father in law works at syngenta so we are used to the schedule sorta. They're very involved with my kid so we work around it a lot. I'm still convincing myself its a worthwhile tradeoff. Lots of benefits and security.
