A different city.
New Orleans does not have a lot of cajun...we are Creole influences mostly (very very subtle differences, but still different).
If you insist on it, the best are probably K-Paul's, or a better restaurant but not totally traditional cajun: Cochon.
Pascale Manale is ok and ACME is tourist garbage. You should be ashamed for recommending that.
