Klosterman is an interesting writer who I pretty much disagree with everything he has ever said. That's the mark of a good writer though -- I don't agree with him, but I look forward to his writings and find him engaging. It's like having a bar argument with a buddy about the socio-economic implications of Call Me Maybe. You'd have to be drunk.
I like Steven Hyden and Michael Azzerad a lot, particularly Hyden's historical pieces. And the entire stuff of Chunklet pretty much hits my sensibilities perfectly. Their Indie Cred test is hysterical, and spot on.
ETA: I also usually enjoy whatever the AV Club has, particularly things like "We're No. 1" which looks at old #1 records and what it means. Fun stuff.
