Unto the breach

What would be a good Clutch album to go back and check out?

Robot Hive/Exodus is one of my top 3 albums of the 2000s so I'd say start there. Blast Tyrant, From Beale St to Oblivion, and The Elephant Riders are my other favorites of theirs.

One of my favorites is the live @ 9:30 club. It's from their live DVD, they play the entire first album and a few others. My favorite studio album is Beale Street to Oblivion. But they're all good to me. I love this track off Beale Street: White's Ferry

Their sound has evolved greatly over the years but you CANNOT go wrong with their second release from 1995, which is self-titled.

Clutch -- Full Album

And if you happen to smoke weed then I would highly recommend it for this listen, especially the song "Spacegrass".

Enjoy!!

Two more good ones:

I agree about Blast Tyrant: Outstanding!!

Their very first release is damn good as well: Transnational Speedway League.

But... You HAVE to check out "Clutch" from '95!!!
