1) they only factor in drafted players

2)they are graded if the players are on the team payroll(IR, Pract squad, whatever)

At least I tried to bring some facts to the table. If you want to bitch about the undrafted guys now, how about doing your own fricking leg work instead of making baseless claims, you negative douchebag.
