Nnamdi excelled in Rob Ryan's scheme back in Oakland but didn't play well at all in Philly's zone scheme the last few years.

Do we have any interest now with Rob here?

I think the interest goes only as far as what their interest dictates.

I hope so. Would be great, just don't see where the money will come from given we haven't restricted enough money back out

I know he didn't spend much time in Louisiana, but he was born in Lafayette.

that's a long commute to Metry.

ETA: Half the DB market was born in LA or LA roots.

Interest? Sure.

Can we afford? No.

We can show all the interest we want, we'll never afford him

He received a huge contract 2 years ago, but he's now 31. I know he will command a big price, but I don't think it will be as high as most people think especially after playing poorly his last 2 years.

The Saints only have enough money to sign a new water-boy and uniform cleaner. My understanding is that they have an add on Craigslist right now and hope to have qualified applicants to interview shortly.

As per Loomis: "We have been very active trying to upgrade our team. We appreciate all of the hard work and effort Bobby Boucher, Jr.(our water-boy) and Corey Gaudet (our washing machine operator) have given us, but it's time to move forward. We anticipate having their replacements on the field and in the laundry room by the time the OTAs start. We wish Bobby and Corey the best in whatever opportunity they pursue."

Our FO is the best in the business!

No cap space, we have interest in everyone and money for no-one.

Don't we have to account for rookie contract within whatever number is out there?

I'm asking because I'm not really up on that.

We should sign Brady to backup Brees first.

That's just crazy!!!!

He's under contract; so, we'd have to trade for him and it's going to take a 2nd rounder...which we don't have!
