It would at least guarantee one MLS squad in the CONCACAF CL Final....but Monterrey will be a tough match-up for Seattle.

I wonder if there is a playstyle difference or if it being the beginning of our season is the biggest detriment because I really don't see a big difference in quality between the top mls and liga mx squads
