The kind of random nasty shite a lot of these people make for this part of the show.

It's really incredible how with all that time and any ingredients they want, half these people can't even cook something edible.

Dude is not a NOLA chef.. he is a line cook at Dakota in Covington. Of course nobody in nola can make a decent jambalaya anyways.
