I think Smith would be a solid backup at the 34 de , but not at his price. Harper cant and will not be a 3down safety. Cant cover, cant catch, cant tackle in open space. To say the int he had against Tampa was a good one is just dead wrong. He caught it but all he had to do was come up or dive and there is no question about it. What he did was bend down and wait on the football.
