you can make the online account and eventually find out what the written agreement was, but there are only 3 ways this plays out: 1. he needed your express permission, didnt have it, and he can get fired and all tha stuff you said you didnt want to have happen 2. he needed your implied permission, or he had outright authority, in which you arent recovering anything bc he didnt breach any duty 3. you join the class action and get 7 cents

So this agreement is standardized in that you get the same one despite which account type you actually have (so it appears). So we're back to square one. I was anticipating a non-standardized agreement that would specify which type of account you have. Is there anywhere else on your account online that makes that specification?

It's a Traditional IRA/SEP account

because he's your friend and you dont want to frick his career up, there really isn't a favorable outcome for you but your friend wouldnt be getting anymore of my money after this

Look at 15) Arbitration clause. You are limited to arbitration on legal matters. EJ has been thrown under the bus on this forum for years, have no idea why people continue to go to their high cost, ill informed sales people.
