I asked them. This is the second email I sent them this week. I told them that I knew about the email but I had personally not received one (truth). Told them that I expected my full order of 10 as I was promised that I would get when they informed me that they were back ordered.
If they send me anything less than my order, I will contact American Express and cancel the payment for failure on Botachs end of breaking the contract (invoice). If they want the mags back, they will send me a box and shipping label, packing material included or cash to pay for return shipping.
Soon as I get my mags I will write a honest but very negative report with the BBB. It will do little but it will be done.

Check out the other reviews on BBB of botach. They are all negative but somebody has responded to each and everyone. If they are responding to my complaint, they are costing botach money. That's the least I can do. Oh, I also pray they all catch the aids too.

No biggie, I'll let it sit and check in in a month then cancel the transaction if needed.
