Best customer service sites online for buying guns/ammo/mags?

I'm pretty new to buying these things online. Who are the best/worst ones out there?
I recently purchased a XD40 12 rd mag from MidwayUSA, so far they've been great. I have a tracking number, and it should be here in a few days. Their price was also cheaper than Springfield Armory, which I ordered the samething and it should be here in 4-6 weeks.
I've heard Cheaperthandirt will screw you, as well as Buds.
I also just purchased some ammo from Sportsmans guide, so we'll see...

Midway, Sportsmans Guide, and SGammo have been the best IMO. Palmetto State Armory is great, however they do need to upgrade their servers and hire a couple more people to get shipments out quicker

Unfortunately, online gun supply stuff is probably the weakest area in all of outdoor retailer/manufacturer customer service. The sector is absolutely loaded with world class customer service (Backcountry, Patagonia, Arcteryx, MH, LLBean, Orvis, Simms, Spyderco, Benchmade, etc). In fact, I'm not sure the outdoor industry, taken as a whole, isn't the absolute top industry for great customer service. I'd just like to see gun shops/manufacturers catch up, although there are certainly some good CS departments out there.
