Tom at Top Gun Supply.
Unfortunately, online gun supply stuff is probably the weakest area in all of outdoor retailer/manufacturer customer service. The sector is absolutely loaded with world class customer service (Backcountry, Patagonia, Arcteryx, MH, LLBean, Orvis, Simms, Spyderco, Benchmade, etc). In fact, I'm not sure the outdoor industry, taken as a whole, isn't the absolute top industry for great customer service. I'd just like to see gun shops/manufacturers catch up, although there are certainly some good CS departments out there.

This is what I've already heard, and that's why I've always purchased in person. I'll give Top Gun Supply a shot.
