I don't buy this. They have production lines. I assure you their primer line has a higher unit capacity than their finished cartridge line. Their primer lines are designed to meet the demand of their cartridge lines AND reloader stocks.

Several companies have put out very clear statements detailing this.

Ammo demand >>>>> reloading demand
