Rivals had him at 317 coming out of HS, I was expecting 360

No shat.. Hand timers will give you lower times than a NFL combine official time will. I don't get how people don't understand this.

That article is full of holes. Wts of players increases a lot from high school senior to senior in college. Esp with regards to muscle mass. How accurate the high school 40 times really are. Where were they taken, where they wind aided, etc etc. Their conclusion is really ridiculous. That the coaches such as Saban, Miles, etc, want a slower game so that they can fit in more commercials? Just dumb.

Lonergan was listed at 288 on Rivals, which means he was more like 260 or so.

Several Tigers had better or very close to their HS times: Reid, Simon, Mingo, Mathieu, Edwards, & Ford
