With his recent health issues, age, and drop in performance as of late I don't see the Saints bringing him back.

I certainly wouldn't mind an upgrade but he's not chopped liver either. He's still a good blocking TE and although he only had 11 receptions last year, 4 of them went for td's.

Played in 15 games last year, too, so the health issues might not be as big of a concern as they were from the year before.

Higgens was a dark horse pick for me last year to make the 53.
I think he could be a solid #2 TE this year. His time to shine in 2013.
The cap issue this year makes me think they will go cheap for a #3 TE. Perhaps a aging vet (Fred Davis for example)that can do it all or taking a few un-drafted and see if one can surprise and make the squad. With Grambo's contract needing to be done asap I don't see them putting much more money in the TE position.
