Context. He is tracking the flight of the ball. He should have looked to see if someone was coming, but it wasn't like the Real player was standing still and Nani kicked him. Both players were going for the ball.

No. Hit his shoulder and his arm was on his side and the guy kicked the ball from 4 feet away.
And yeah, I know when SFP digs in he would defend his view in spite of evidence proving otherwise.
