So Texas didnt want Shepard, Loston, Paris, Brockers,Brooks, Flynn, Black, Hunter, E Hill, Toliver, or Addai?
These are just the few NFL or big time recruits that I can remember off hand, Im sure theyre plenty more.
U say Texas didnt recruit Shepard because they told him no shot at QB?
If Les Miles had the number 1 high school recruit in the nation wanting to come to LSU and all he had to do was give the guy a shot at the QB position first to get that deal done... If he hadnt done that, he wouldve been persecuted over here.
Certainly Texas is still Texas and if they spent enough money in La Im sure one or two players would like their recruiter or Austin, but they would never get their bang for their buck here in La.
U keep telling us to check with high school coaches to find out how powerful Texas is. I would challenge u to talk to LSU recruiters and ask them are they even the least bit worried about Texas coming in here outside of Shreveport and doing any damage in recruiting our star players next yr?
Again which recruits do u think Texas will land next yr from La?
And if u do come up with one, will he be more highly regarded than Paris?
The reality is Miles has done a terrific job of keeping La talent in the state thus far.Id put his record up against any SEC school.
U do sound like a guy who knows some things about college football, but the facts are the facts.
