To the mechanics...
Actually it isn't mine but my brother's. He has changed the 2 or 3 O2 sensors that are on the vehicle, put on a new air filter and put on a new mass air flow sensor. It is a 3.5 liter V6. I'm thinking a tune up might help too if he needs it. Right now he said it was only getting 12mpg. I did some quick research and it looks like that it only got 14 city 17 highway when it was new. I told him that he may just be stuck with the crappy mileage.

Any ideas that might help?

He's pretty much stuck with crappy gas mileage. I'd check the tires to make sure they are the correct size, and if he has grips I'd take them off.

You can improve mileage by doing a tune up, def make sure that the tires are inflated properly. You could put in a K&N air filter or air hog...something like that. But in the end these things are only going to make a small difference. He's prob stuck with crappy mileage.

That's pretty much what he uses it for. If he ever decides to sell it, I will let you know, Vegas.

Thanks to other answers as well. It's kind of what I thought.
