I think by cutting Turner the Falcons automatically upgrade. Turner went down when a LB whispered in his ear last year. Any other RB with a pulse could have probably performed better.

From my point of view in front of my TV and in the stands, their offense was more efficient and dynamic with Turner on the sidelines.
