My main link backing my justification for this entire thread came from the Federal Reserve. It showed that the deficit today is lower than the day Obama took office. The CBO projections merely project it to continue shrinking.

Agree, cherry -picking or not, this guy(obama) is putting up numbers like we've never seen, and everyone of the liberals, including him, are blaming someone else. Truly pathetic. The projected deficits really take off in 2014, when guess what else hits!!??

Hmm, according to the most current budget numbers we are projected to have a $990.557 billion deficit this year. So in the last 6 months we have gone from a projection of >$600 billion to $845 billion to $990.557 billion. Gee, that Obama is an amazing fiscal moderate.

PROBABLY MY FINAL POST IN THIS THREAD.
after reading through my links backed by the Federal Reserve and CBO do you or do you not believe that the current deficit is less than the deficit Obama inherited his first day in office? Keep in mind that deficit and debt are completely different things.
If yes, good for you!
If no:
1. please explain what you think the current (as of today) deficit is.
2. compare that number to the (cited in two links by people from both sides of this argument) factcheck.org statement that as of Jan. 20 2009 (the day Obama took office) the deficit was 1.2 trillion dollars.
3. If you cannot provide any reasonable means of debunking that number please do not try. Rather compare that number with what you think the deficit is as of today (step 1)
4. ask yourself "is Obama really as big of a spender as Republicans make him out to be?"
That should get you one tiny step closer to being informed.
