He got out of jail last May after serving six months of a six-year sentence on drug charges, and first applied for reinstatement in June. The Packers still own Jolly's rights, but are likely to renounce them. Jolly hasn't played a down of football since 2009.

He should get together with Claude Wroten. Likely he'll follow him... NFL to UFL to CFL to now playing for the Marion Blue Racers of the Continental Indoor Football League. CIFL Pay: the league has changed to a weekly salary cap of $2,500 per week, with every player making anywhere from 50 to 200 dollars in a single game.
