I can't see Edwin Watts making it another 5 years. Anywhere. With Dicks Sporting Goods expanding to 550 stores golf galxy expanding and the new look academy with a much better golf shop and Golfsmith expanding watts is just not making money. I know of two stores closing by the summer. Anyone have any info on this capital golf? Just the property itself costing 1.1 mil seems like a huge reach.

The EW by my office in Houston just closed within the last 6 months. Within a mile of it there is a Golf Galaxy, Academy, & driving range with a full range of golf equipment.
