Girls softball, you have one good pitcher, she pitches almost every single game, not a lot of coaching involved there when you have the same pitcher no one can hit starting every game. It's a much tougher job being the head coach of a major mens team.

I think longevity should account for something on the Mount Rushmore so that's why I picked DD Breaux
