only 7 out of 30 NBA teams average less than 80% of the arena filled -
New Orleans
Sacramento
Detroit
Milwaukee
Atlanta
Cleveland
Washington
New Orleans has the third worst percentage average in the NBA with 78.6%, but that number is terribly fabricated because they have a HUGE advantage over 29 out of all 30 teams because they have the second smallest arena in the NBA (Kings with the smallest). therefor the percentage numbers for New Orleans will always look better than most NBA teams despite having terrible attendance.
