They had a 20million dollar pledge for a baseball stadium upgrade that fell through and they are begging for money everywhere. Lafayette's richest people want nothing to do with the athletics. It's pathetic really. Oh and their "RCAF" is absolute bullshite. They have no point system. It's a total joke.
I wish it wasn't true since I live here and want the university to do well, but it's just facts. The only person holding ULL back is ULL themselves. And Scott Farmer, their AD, is more of the same they have been dealing with for the last couple decades.

this AND they incessantly bithch about LSU getting all the state money when LSU gets ZERO state money (athletics). the state has to pay for their program. therefore, USL (oops, ulala) is on welfare.
