Not sure if posted (searched but saw nothing), but I figured some of you would want to know this.

In my opinion the best stage show out there. The Lights in the Sky tour was Pink Floyd phenominal

One of the best shows I have been to was NIN at Voodoofest in '05 after Katrina.

Can't wait. I hope he finally puts out The Fragile reissue as well. I need this.

Reznor lives in NOLA or at least he used to... I don't see why he wouldn't play there.

Hopefully they do some of their own shows and not just festivals. I've missed out on too many great bands because of Voodoo.

It sounds like they're going to do some summer festivals, then tour.

I love you

Seriously, NIN at Voodoo was one of the greatest things I have sat an watched.

I am going to go out and say that they come to NOLA.

How?

The only acceptable answer would be timing conflicts.

If you are trying to say since the band went to Voodoo they skipped a normal NOLA tour date, but in almost any case that wouldn't be true. Sucks to admit it,but NOLA is no longer a stop for major bands. Houston and Atlanta now get those.

I don't want to deal with a festival environment for one band. The last few years I have had zero interest in any bands other than some of the headliners.

Well that sucks for you. They usually have enough local funk there for me to want to go coupled with the headliners.

Back on topic, looks like they're basically confirmed to headline Lollapalooza. How to Destroy Angels is playing Coachella, maybe NIN will make a surprise appearance.

This.

I'd rather a good album from Trent then a tour.

He has put out quite a few damn good albums since 1994. He even made them available for public consumption. If you go to his Wikipedia page, you can read all about them.
