1. Season 4
2. Season 3
3. Season 2
4. Season 1
Season 5 isn't technically over yet so I can't rank it.

Right now we've been left with quite the hanger.

Paul's character becomes increasingly solid as the show progresses.
I give him a little credit for either growing into the role, or hanging with it until the writing/directing settled down for it (whichever it was) and I'm at a point where I can say he's holding his own and by mid-Season 2, I'd say he was there.
It was also tough going against Cranston who's clearly enjoying the role of his life. The actor who plays Hank, Dean Norris, is a treat for me, as well, as he's made the rounds over the years, but has really grabbed ahold of this one and is also holding his own with Cranston.
The actors they've brought in to be perhipheral characters have been extraordinarily good - Esposito and Banks, particularly, were just A+ and I think that has helped the show as much or more than any of the acting of the main cast (other than Cranston).

Better call Saul. Hahahah

I watched it as soon as I finished The Wire and I think that ruined it for me. The way the shows are done is just totally different and it threw me off. I'm somewhere in the middle of season 3, I'll get around to finishing eventually but there's other shows I like more right now

Season one is the worst season and the slowest season. The end of season two(iirc) starts to pick up a lot. Then 3 and 4 are nuts.

It seems Jesse has become the moral compass on an otherwise moraless show.
The fricking meth addict is the guiding light!

It's beginning to look like, Saul will be getting his own show.

It's crazy. Bc at first you think Jessie is the biggest douche and Walt is great. Then you turn out not liking walk and realizing Jessie is a good guy who has terrible luck. That's good writing

the seasons get better and better. the hanger that we've been left with before season 5 resumes is intense.
I'm jelly that you get to watch it for the first time.

Perhaps he just needs more fiber in his diet.

I personally love this show, Pinkman has come a long way.
He has Applied himself.
I know you are supposed to see Walt in certain ways as the season progresses..But, Walt is the fricking man and i cant hate him.
The acting of Dean Norris, Giancarlo Esposito, Bob Odenkirk and Jonathan Banks also compliment this show tremendously.
Its like..if Doc Brown and Marty had wanted to use the time machine for personal gain.

I'm nearing the end of season 2 and love it. Walt is a douche though.
I can't get over how many times they amass a little cash and then have to spend it and start over.
Can anyone remind me about how Walt explained away the second cell phone when asked during the naked in a grocery store episode? I can't remember how he handled that.

You can't hate Walt?
You have a seriously broken moral compass.

Yes, this. The last handful of episodes of season 4 left me copmletely spent mentally and emotionally. I'm sad that we only have 8 episodes left but damn I'm ready to hang on for the ride.

Rest assured, Vince will leave us bowing at his greatness.
