Hornets and McDonalds Free Fries Questions

Can I bring my ticket stub to any McDonalds and receive the free fries?
If I bring a book of tickets (20 tickets), will I get 20 free fries?
My wife is a pre-school teacher and we had a book of tickets for the Kings game tonight, so she would want to bring fries to her students....TIA for answers
