re: Houma Guys: How can they build the Prospect Lift Bridge any slower?

My dad works for James. The bridge has been done for a few months now, but they were having some mechanical problems that had to be evaluated and fixed by some guys from over seas apparently. The construction company finished their part on schedule FWIW.
