The place is doing well, and, yes, he's opening a second location (may not be exactly the same menu).
It's an adventurous restaurant, and I enjoyed it the one time I've been. Had no problems with service. Going back soon.

Square Root is a tasting menu only. Will only seat a few people on the first floor for that and will change constantly. The 2nd floor is like a lounge with cocktails and small plates. It's opening soon on Magazine.
