It doesn't rain here in the summer hardly at all (which is when the Olympics would be). It would likely be between 70-80 degrees and sunny for the entire event.

As far as event centers or stadiums, what are the major ones that the Olympics would require?

Between downtown and the U of Washington, I can't think of anything Seattle doesn't already have.

And the rowing sports would be awesome in the bay.

Find a real river for the kayaking though. That course in London was lame.
