Am I the only one that thinks this might be one of those guys that continues to make poor decisions?

Certainly not taking of the ticket was a poor decision but to get it all he did was punch the railroad crossing sign in Tigerland. Sign isn't on the ground, broken or even dented.
As for being robbed, guy was just coming home from work late one night and got followed by some thugs. He lives in a nice part of Houston Kingwood/Woodlands area. Police said it was the first case of armed robbery at a home in the area in 9 months.
Maybe he shouldn't get the CCL, but I don't think blaming the victim of a crime makes sense.
