Could be a little of the problem though I don't play a lot of racers I do play a little Forza and have never had and issue with the Xbox controller.

lolwut. The camera part for Playstation has existed since 2003-2004. Had games on PS2 and PS3. The Playstation Eye feature they're talking about has really nothing to do with games, but with social interaction.

This just sounds like in game chat across the PSN is coming with the PS4, something everyone wanted on the PS3, Cross Game Chat.
