Not a TV buff but I can say from experience that our plasma almost requires motion blur at times. I love it for the colors but sports and action movies can become a hot mess at times.

Thats odd cause mine and everyone one i have looked at has been great. Sports are only shot in 60fps and movies are in 24fps anyway.
